Raw Matcha Cake with Plazma

Preparation

Mix the dates to get a paste. Mix with other ingredients. If the mixture tends to crumble, add in a little water and put it in the cake mould previously lined with transparent foil. Dry the dates and Indian walnuts and mix them in a blender with coconut milk, matcha, and vanilla.

In the end, add a pinch of salt and mix. Pour the filling onto the base, put the cake in the freezer and cool 4 hours.

Serve the cake cold and decorated with Gro und Plazma, grated chocolate, and coconut.

Matcha tea is handpicked, finely ground green powder, obtained from the green tea leaves and is the only tea which is not manufactured as leaf but powdered.

Base

  • 200 g of raw mixture almonds, Indian walnuts and hazelnuts
  • 100 g of Ground Plazma
  • 20 g of cocoa
  • 10 dates, soaked if they are very dry
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons of water if needed

Filling

  • 200 g of raw Indian walnuts, soaked with water for 2 hours
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup of dates, to be soaked in water if they are very dry
  • 2 tablespoons of matcha
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
