Plazma roll with walnuts

Prep Time - 60 min.

Preparation

Soak a large kitchen towel, squeeze out the excess water and wrap it around a wafer layer. Chop the walnuts and wash the orange properly.

Put the egg and sugar in a small pan and beat it with a mixer or a whisk. Cook over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves, then add the butter and keep stirring until it melts. Add the chocolate to the mixture and stir until the chocolate melts and then remove the mixture from the stove and add the Plazma Ground, walnuts, raisins, honey cake spice mixture and the grated orange peel. Combine all the ingredients well.

When the wafer layer is soft enough to bend easily, pour the mixture on the side with the smaller pattern. Distribute the mixture equally over the wafer and roll it up. Apply equal pressure while rolling it up, so that it sticks well. Wrap the roll in cling film and leave it in room temperature for 30 minutes so it cools down. Finally, put the roll in the fridge for it to cool down so you will be able to cut it.

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 125 g of butter
  • 50 g of dark chocolate
  • 125 g of Plazma Ground
  • 70 g of walnuts
  • 70 g of raisins
  • Finely grated peel of 1 orange
  • ½ teaspoon of honey cake spice mixture
