Plazma Roll with Coffee

Prep Time - 30 min.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ⁰C. Line the pan with baking paper.

Beat eggs and sugar properly, 6-8 minutes or until their volume triples. Add coffee, and mix everything well. Gradually add Ground Plazma and blend well. Pour the mixture in a prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven 15–18 minutes.

Put the baked crust onto a clean kitchen cloth. Peel off the baking paper and roll the crust in the cloth. Set aside to cool. To make the filling, put ricotta, mascarpone, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a mixer. Unroll the crust and spread the filling on it. Roll it again. Sprinkle with cocoa and garnish as desired.

Crust

  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 60 g of Ground Plazma

Cream

  • 100 g of ricotta cheese
  • 150 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • cocoa for sprinkling
