Plazma Pies

Prep Time - 35 min.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ⁰C.

Spread the puff pastry to the dimensions of 30 x 40 cm and divide into 12 equal parts. On 6 cut parts

put a teaspoon of cream cheese and a teaspoon jam in the middle.

In a small bowl, mix egg, milk, sugar and nutmeg. Dip the Plazma into the egg and milk mixture and put it on cream cheese and jam.

Cover with one of the remaining parts of the dough and press on the edges with a fork to stick together.

Repeat with the remaining 5 pieces of Plazma.

Coat the pies with the remaining egg, then use the tip of the knife to carve a pattern on each pie. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven.

Mix Greek yogurt, Plazma, milk, vanilla and orange peel, then serve the chilled Plazma pies with fresh fruit.

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 50 g of strawberry jam
  • 6 pieces of Plazma
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons of nutmeg

Decoration

  • powdered sugar
  • fresh fruit

Sauce

  • 150 ml of Greek yogurt
  • 40 g of Ground Plazma
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • finely grated orange peel surface layer
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavour
