Plazma Ice Cream Pops

Prep Time - 3 min.

Preparation

Biscuit:

Coat a 20 cm diameter round cake mould with greaseproof paper. Pre-set the oven to 170 ⁰C. Mix room temperature milk and vinegar, and set aside. Buttermilk will be made soon. Mix egg, sugar and oil with a mixer, add sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and buttermilk. Blend and pour in the prepared mould, then bake in the oven preheated to 170 ⁰C for approximately 25 minutes. Leave on the grill a for about 10 minutes, remove the hoop and paper, and cool.

Stuffing:

Melt white chocolate and butter in a steamer and leave to cool down. Crumble the Plazma and add the above ingredients and stir up.

Ice cream:

Coat the silicone ice cream mould (melt white chocolate and oil on steam and add colour), then put in the freezer for 5 minutes. Repeat the procedure (each time insert a wooden stick into the hole so thatthe chocolate would not crack there later). After the second freezing fill the mould with stuffing (not to the very tip), insert the stick and level. Pour the glaze over the stuffing and put in the freezer. Take the cold ice cream popsicles from the mould carefully and decorate as desired.
