Plazma Cheesecake in a Glass

Prep Time - 15 min.

Preparation

Prepare deep glasses in which to stack the cheesecake. Melt the butter over medium heat, then add it to Ground Plazma. Stir to a crumbly mixture. It should not be moist as for a classic cheesecake. Distribute the mixture of biscuits evenly in 4 servings. Beat the sweet-sour cream into the whipped cream. Separately slowly whip the cream cheese, then add the sugar, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix at a lower speed just to conjoin.

Add the whipped sweet cream and join all together. Cut the strawberries into slices 2-3 mm thick. Carefully arrange the slices in cups by sticking them to glass. Spoon the cheese mixture into glasses, taking care not to move the strawberry slices. Beat in the sweet-sour cream with the powdered sugar. Apply over the cheese mixture using a dressing bag. Additionally, garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon balm leaves.
