Plazma Balls with Dried Sour Cherries and White Chocolate

Prep Time - 50 min.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, except the orange juice, together in a multipractic processor. Then gradually add the juice while constantly stirring to get a smooth, solid mixture from which balls can be formed.

Allow the obtained mixture to rest for about 15 minutes, and then use a tablespoon to take scoops of it and shape the mixture into small balls. Place the balls on a tray that you lined with aluminum foil and place it in the fridge to cool well before glazing.

Melt the white chocolate over steam, and then put each ball on a fork and place it above the pan you used to melt the chocolate in, and pour the melted chocolate over it.

Place the covered balls on a cooking grate so that any excess liquid can drain and the chocolate can harden. Put the rest of the chocolate in syringe bag and in a fine stream pour over the balls to decorate.

At the end, decorate the balls with Plazma Ground.
