Plazma baklava

Preparation

Topping

Boil sugar and water on low heat for 20–30 minutes to get a syrup. Add sliced lemon.

Stuffing

Stir in the ground walnuts and biscuit. Cut each sheet of filo pastry in half to make two long rectangles. Fold, put 1–2 teaspoons of stuffing and fold to get a triangle. Arrange in a baking dish, cut each baklava 2–3 times with a knife and pour over the oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 30 minutes. Pour hot topping over the hot baklava and leave overnight.

  • 500 g of filo pastry
  • 300 g of ground walnuts
  • 200 g of ground Plazma biscuit
  • 1 dl of oil
