Plazma apple tart

Prep Time - 45 min.

Preparation

Combine the listed ingredients to make the base and coat a square tart mould. Store it in the refrigerator while the topping is being prepared.

Mix the topping ingredients with a mixer, pour it into a mould and arrange the thinly sliced apples.

Bake the tart in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 25–30 minutes.

Cool and serve.

Ingredients

Base

  • 200 g of ground Plazma biscuit
  • 150 g of butter (melted)
  • 6 tablespoons of milk

Topping

  • 150 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 70 ml of whipping cream
  • 50 g of sugar
  • ½ spoon  of cinnamon
  • 1–2 apples
