Oven-Baked Donuts with Plazma and White Chocolate

Prep Time - 40 min.

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180°C. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and stir well. Add the plum seed oil (or rum), egg, melted butter and milk and whisk it all gently together just until it blends. Then pour the mixture in a fridge bag, cut a small hole in the corner and push out the mixture into donut molds. Put the molds in the oven for 12 minutes. When the donuts are baked, remove them from the oven and decorate them with melted white chocolate and Plazma Ground.

Donuts

  • 170 g of flour
  • 50 g of Plazma Ground
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 1 small back of bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 small pack of baking powder
  • 5 ml of plum seed oil or 10 ml of rum
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of butter
  • 100 ml of milk

Decoration

  • 100-200 g of white chocolate
  • 50 g of Plazma Ground
