Fluffy Plazma Pancakes

Preparation

Put three tin plates of 16cm in diameter into the oven and heat until they reach 200°C. In the meantime, whisk the eggs, add milk and then add flour, Ground Plazma, nutmegs and grated lemon zest gradually so as to avoid lumps in the mixture. Put a knob of butter into each hot plate. When the butter is melted and starts changing color, add the pancake mixture. Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, until the pancakes get fluffy and turn into a nice golden color. Serve the baked pancakes on platters. Top them with sliced bananas, almonds and ice cream and decorate with Ground Plazma and honey.

Pancakes

  • 30 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 g of flour
  • 30 g of Ground Plazma
  • 30 g of brown sugar
  • A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • Finely grated zest of ½ lemon

Decoration

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 ice cream scoops (any flavor)
  • 50 g of Plazma Ground
  • 50 g of chopped almonds
  • 3 teaspoons of honey
