Crumble with Plazma and Red Fruits

Prep Time - 60 min.

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180°C. Mix the ingredients for the fruit base and put them in a baking dish (instead of one big one, you can have 6 smaller ones, 13 cm in diameter each).Prepare the crumbly mass by putting the ingredients in a bowl, which you will squeeze with your fingers until you get a crumbly mass which you will spread on top of the fruit. Put the crumble in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes- until the fruit starts “boiling”. Also, make sure that the crumbly mass doesn’t burn, because sometimes the fruit needs more time to “boil” if the layer is thicker.   Serve the crumble hot, with vanilla ice-cream which you will sprinkle with Plazma Ground.

Ingredients

Fruit base

  • 1 kg of red fruits (500 g of strawberries, 250 g of raspberries and 250 g of blueberries)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon

Crumbly mass

  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 50 g of Plazma Ground
  • 50 g of oatmeal
  • ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ a teaspoon of salt
  • 100 g of butter cut into cubes

Decoration

  • Vanilla ice-cream
  • 30 g of Plazma Ground
