Chocolate Cake with Plazma

Prep Time - 1 min.

Preparation

Dough preparation: (Repeat the following procedure because you need two coats of dough= beat 3 yolks with 60 g of sugar, add the grated chocolate and beaten whites, and then gradually add Ground Plazma. Pour the mixture into a round mould lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ⁰C 15-20 min until the dough becomes dry i.e. the toothpick stabbed in the middle of the dough gets out dry. Then take the dough out and onto the rack to cool completely.

filling preparation: Mix the whole eggs and sugar (until the mixture becomes “white “) and then pour into a steam pan and cook steering constantly until the mixture becomes visibly thick. Then add grated chocolate and continue to stir and cook for a minute or two. Then pour into a cold dish and leave to cool in room temperature.

The room temperature butter beat well, add the mixture of cooked eggs and chocolate, and leave the filling in the refrigerator for a few hours. When you take the filling out of the refrigerator, mix it with a mixer one more time for a minute or two and then put the filling onto the cake.

filling: Put a coat of dough onto the plate and spread the filling on its surface. Then cover with another coat of dough, and spread the prepared filling over the sides and top of the cake. Decorate as desired.

Put the cake back in the fridge until serving.
