Chicken Croquettes with Plazma and Parmesan

Prep Time - 20 min.

Preparation

Dice the chicken breast into cubes, season it with salt and pepper and leave it to rest while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. In a deep plate, mix the Ground Plazma, parmesan, powdered garlic, ground sweet paprika and onion. In a separate deep plate, whisk up the egg whites with a fork. Pour the oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan and put it on a stove so it heats up. Dip the chicken cubes in the egg whites and coat them with the Ground Plazma and parmesan mix, and then fry them in oil until they get a nice golden-brown color. Serve the croquettes with salad or a sauce you prefer.
