Blondie Cake with Plazma and coffee

Prep Time - 40 min.

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180°C. Cover the baking mold (20x30 cm) with a baking sheet.

Mix the flour and baking powder in one bowl. Prepare a strong coffee, put 2 tablespoons in a small cup and dissolve the instant coffee in it. Put butter, brown sugar and salt into a small pan, put it over low heat until the butter is melted. Remove the pan from the heat, add the dissolved instant coffee, mix well and let it cool on the side. When the mixture is cool, add the egg and vanilla extract and then blend well together and pour into a bigger bowl.

Add a mixture of flour, baking powder, chopped roasted walnuts, chopped dark chocolate and crushed Plazma and stir thoroughly. Place the dough in the previously prepared mold and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Blondie cakes are baked when the dough begins to turn golden at the corners, the surface turns a golden-brown color and gently cracks. Test with a toothpick to make sure the dough is fully baked, before removing from the oven.

Allow the cake to cool before cutting it into pieces.
